What is an EPA?
An End-Point Assessment (EPA) is an independent assessment of the knowledge, skills and behaviours a person acquires throughout their apprenticeship. Its purpose is to test an apprentice’s ability to apply this learning in the workplace. Assessments need to be conducted by approved independent End-Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs). In2assessments provides this service by evaluating whether an apprentice meets the criteria outlined in their apprenticeship standard.
